Manohar Chapalamadugu is the founder and CEO behind Support.cc. He has spent more than a decade building software for small businesses — founding ClickDesk in 2011 and Agile CRM in 2015, then bringing the whole portfolio together as 500apps and, today, 500agents.
The thread runs through all of it. Every product started with a person landing on a website and wondering whether help was on the other side. Support.cc is the answer he's been refining the whole time: resolve fast, sound human, and never make someone repeat themselves.
