Creating Tickets

Creating Tickets

  • This video shows how Support.cc provides an option to manage all your tickets in one place through the tickets tab. You will experience add ticket, search, filter, list view, grid view, new, open, pending, closed, likely spam, black list, etc...
  • Click on Tickets to get there. So what we're going to be covering here is some of the features as well as some of the things that we can do here. These are numbers here. You can search your tickets, whether it's created or signed tickets. You can filter it by all tickets, my tickets, and new tickets. Also filter and sort it by create, Date Uploaded, Updated Date, Status Priority, Due Date, Descending and Ascending and change the group by status, priority, source, or type.
  • You have your list view and your Kanban view. So go ahead and click Add ticket right here. Whether it's going to be a new ticket, you can always click on Add ticket for any of these ones over here, just in case you need to manually add a ticket on any of these ones. And then we have the group name, where it's going to go to which group we're going to keep it in IT support, of course, and then assign to just assign it to me. And then we have status, which is new, Open, pending, closed, likely spam, blacklist, and trash. The source for this one is going to be this guy called in and he was complaining about his laptop not working. The priority for him is going to be on the low side. Let's go ahead and check this out.
  • And then we have widgets over here. Go ahead and take a look at our widgets here. We can add a widget. We can make a custom one and install it. We can add one from the settings here. There's a plugin and then we can refresh it here just to make sure it's working. And I hope this was an informative video for you and that you're able to move forward with creating tickets and being able to resolve them in the future.
